We conducted a full competitive analysis, developed detailed buyer personas, and performed a comprehensive social media audit to evaluate their current presence. From there, we created SMART goals to guide their marketing efforts and ensure measurable growth. Our strategy focused on authenticity and meaningful engagement, aligning with Transcript Press’s values of community and connection, supported by our comprehensive community management plan.
